Because our service is internet based distribution, occasionally a channel may be momentarily unavailable. This can be frustrating, we know. It's usually just temporary however moving off that channel and checking back with will resolve the problem. We are always working behind the scenes to keep the flow of the stream seamless through the internet to your device and often reroute very quickly when there's an outage.
We are always monitoring the service and are aware of stream issues, however you can always send us a report through a support ticket by visiting the "Support" page on our website and opening a Support Ticket.
