How Many Devices?

Your account automatically includes the ability to use your subscription login on 3 devices and watch on 3 devices simultaneously. If you're receiving an error message logging in regarding your device limit, it's possible that you may still be logged in on another device and have opened up a 4th device. Please check that you are only logged into 3 devices at once.


To log out of a device, click Settings and then click Log Out.


You may have up to 4 active devices on one subscription. Your 4th login can be purchased for an additional $3 per month as an addon option during  checkout or by calling us at 1-888-270-2235, email customercare@vutvplus.com, or opening a support ticket with the request. Please have the name and email associated with your account. More than 4 devices will require an additional subscription.
