Lost my login information

At the time of purchase, your login information is issued via an email upon completion of the purchase process (check Spam for "Activation" email). If you no longer have this email, no problem, we can provide or reset your login. To request or change your login will require you to make a request by visiting the VUtv+ support page at www.vutvplus.com and opening a Support Ticket. Please enter the contact information associated with your account. Include "Login" in the subject line. In the description you can request your current name and/or password or request your login be reset by entering whatever alpha numeric username and password you wish (up to 99 characters). Our tech team will make the change and confirm with a follow up email.
