How do I login?

At the time of purchase, your login information is issued via an email upon completion of the purchase process (check Spam for "Activation" email).  VUtv+ requires you login with your username and password provided at activation. 

To change this will require your to make a request by visiting the VUtv+ support page at www.vutvplus.com and opening a Support Ticket. Please enter the contact information associated with your account. Include "Login" in the subject line. In the description you can enter whatever alpha numeric username and password you wish (up to 99 characters). Our tech team will make the change and confirm with a follow up email.


You will be asked to enter your login information at when you first open the app. You will not have to use the login again even if you close the app. Only after you select Log Out in the Settings will you be required to re-enter our login credentials.
